Could be better.
I, as a student, was downloading the app to check my brother’s student id number, and I log in, only to find some of the features on the website are not there. A few other problems because:
1. My browser on my phone for some reason does NOT allow Facts to log in properly, and denies my access, and I need to grab my computer.
2. Overall log in process was confusing, since my account is linked to my parents, when I’d prefer if the text messages would go directly to me.
3. The design was a bit in my face, the logos taking up lots of space. Normally I have smaller icons on my phone and small text, so if any function could be added to change that?
