Dear developer I love the game don’t get me wrong but I been number one at the very top and then came back to the game later and I don’t get the reward instead I’m kicked down to 9th or 5th or something of that nature it’s ridiculous it’s like it’s not even real for you to win any prizes so like is it robots playing and they kick you out and they win I don’t get it pls fix this issue!

Dear player, we are very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. Please be aware that our game is a real live party game, thus the name. All the players matched in the game are real players. They come from all over the world in all different time zones. Also some of them might be in the same time zone and share the same game habit and preference!
Also due to the distribution of different players from different time zone, there is a special mechanism in data refreshing, which might give you the illusion, that players are moving forward at the same time when you moved forward. That is cuz the data only got refreshed when you played games or the tournament is over. When you are holding on, the game leaderboard will only be refreshed in a low frequency for the data effiency.
To provide a better gaming experience and reduce the game frozen issue, we need to make sure the data run in an effient way. Wish you could understand this mechanism! And based on what you reported, we will consider to work on optimizing this mechanism!❤
