Watch out for the fine print

Like every app that gets you to have a lower cost sign-up fee, this app is not anything different. If you do not go in and cancel your subscription again auto renew. I checked on my app and I checked on my account and neither indicated that I had a subscription active, but I was charged for the ongoing subscription. When I emailed to inquire about this, they said since I signed up on the website, it would not show up on my app so I was charged anyway.
When apparently I do not qualify for a refund, so don’t give me money back even though the app did not work for me. BUYER BE WARE.

SCAM - do not sign up

Downloaded the app paid for it. Information was average nothing special so I cancelled it! Received no emails since cancelation but 4 month later they charge my credit card! Absolutely scam do not give them your information!

Terrible terrible service

The app makes it impossible to cancel the subscription. It tells you to go to website on your laptop but there is no way to log in on the web browser. Do not use and do not recommend

Update: they have responded with instructions that are inaccurate. All the reviews talk about how difficult /impossible it is to cancel and they have yet to actually fix the issue.

2nd update: their support team continues to be unhelpful and not address what i am actually saying in any of my issues with their company and they way it is set up. I mention i didn’t use the app so wanted to cancel it and its ridiculous the inability to cancel easily they respond not using or uninstalling the app will not cancel it. That is not what i said and also was not the point of my message. This company is terrible and needs to do better. Can’t wait for California to make it illegal to not be able to cancel subscriptions with a single click because this company is going to have a terrible time in court :).

DUBIOUS AND DECEPTIVE APP DON’T USE

They charge your card a day before renewal even after cancellation and unsubscribing from them and then scam you with the terms and conditions so they don’t refund you back. They don’t provide services as advertised there are better app than them. I regret using them and I won’t recommend anyone using them.

Waste of money

I totally agree with Katie R’s feedback above. I wasn’t able to cancel during the trial period and got charged. When I asked for a refund within 24 hours of being charged, they didn’t approve of it. Their email response was giving confusing information (most likely written with AI and not proof read). It is a generic app, so similar to others out the there and they don’t provide what they promise (a personalized plan for example). You’re chatting with AI which you might as well do directly through ChatGPT and you can save yourself paying for this app unnecessarily. I’m very disappointed with signing up for this app, it’s a money scam.

Very bad customer service

Similar to the other 1 star review here, I’ve been tricked into signing up without being able to cancel before the three month trial period extends. I’ve also asked for a refund as there was a T&C when I signed up saying I would get the money back after 3 months - they keep referring to Apple to claim this back but this is IMPOSSIBLE as there is no Apple subscription, it’s all through their app. Very bad experience, haven’t even been offered anything in return

Do not subscribe to this service!

Do not subscribe to this service! They have auto-renewal set up and will charge you without any clear reminder, hiding behind the excuse of "uninterrupted service." The app itself is completely useless — there’s no new or valuable information that you can’t easily find in other free apps. Don’t fall for it like I did! It’s a total scam. They’re not making money by providing quality content but by tricking people into paying renewal fees that no one in their right mind would willingly renew. Save your money and stay away from this app!

Scam

Have been taking money from my account even after I changed my card.
As a menopausal women I would not have signed up for a fertility tracker.
Have reported to the fraud dept of my bank.
The ads on social media are misleading, disgusting behaviour.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth It

I regret subscribing to this app. The process to unsubscribe is unnecessarily complicated, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, there has been no response from their customer service. There’s no option for personalized services, and the content is subpar, offering little to no value compared to other similar apps I’ve used.

Honestly, it has been more frustrating than helpful. I strongly advise against subscribing. Be careful and save yourself the hassle.

Absolute scam

Appalling that this app is using such emotive language to draw in vulnerable people to an auto subscription that they can only cancel by emailing support and therefor charging people huge amounts. Such a dishonest way to run a business. Could be something special if they gave people to the opportunity to chose when and where they cancel from Apple apps like most other app subscriptions.
