To delete a pet from the app, please follow these steps: Go to the pet view. Tap on 'Edit Pet Details'. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Press the red 'Delete Pet' button to remove your pet's profile. Also, we highly recommend updating to the latest version of the app, 1.57. We've made many improvements and bug fixes since version 1.40 that will enhance your experience with the app. Thank you for your support, and if you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out! Very useful app
Unable to open app - lost everything!
I am unable to now access important information I entered into the app, for example, the six monthly reminder for when my bearded dragon’s UVB bulb needs to be changed.
I did not record this information elsewhere, as the whole point in the app is to be able to log your pet’s health records, care progress, routines and set reminders.
Not only have I lost important information that is detrimental to my pets health, I have also lost the journal I kept of their milestones, achievements, and day to day lives.
I am so upset that an app with such potential has majorly negatively impacted the care and health of my pets, as well as taking away many happy memories from my family and myself - the opposite of it’s goal!
