Great when it’s not crashing
The aesthetic of the whole app is adorable, love the options on what you can update. It crashes so often. Just swiping through multiple photos will crash it. Seems like I’m not the only one having this issueEeryn M.
Useful but faulty
The parts that work, work. But simple stuff like not showing the right date for a Task bring this experience down. No matter the date you enter, it will apply today’s date. The Time field updates correctly, and Repeat, but not the Date. Incomplete POST request somewhere?fan since 90s

To delete a pet from the app, please follow these steps: Go to the pet view. Tap on 'Edit Pet Details'. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Press the red 'Delete Pet' button to remove your pet's profile. Also, we highly recommend updating to the latest version of the app, 1.57. It’s a very useful app that links me up to all the devices I need for my pet dog. It saves me from having to look up multiple sources for the same.Kathmandu 1
Unable to open app - lost everything!
The app was great to start with, so many good features to organise the care of my pets effectively. However, the more information I inputted, the slower the app became. It is now at the point where the app will not launch past the loading screen, then it force shuts.
I am unable to now access important information I entered into the app, for example, the six monthly reminder for when my bearded dragon’s UVB bulb needs to be changed.
I did not record this information elsewhere, as the whole point in the app is to be able to log your pet’s health records, care progress, routines and set reminders.
Not only have I lost important information that is detrimental to my pets health, I have also lost the journal I kept of their milestones, achievements, and day to day lives.
I am so upset that an app with such potential has majorly negatively impacted the care and health of my pets, as well as taking away many happy memories from my family and myself - the opposite of it’s goal!Show less* B e c c a *

Not bad
App is really easy to navigate, I am however having issues with signing up for premium. The /month & /year boxes show up, but no prices appear and nothing happens when I click them. I’ve force closed the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, and this issue is still persisting. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 2 exotics so I absolutely need something to help keep my sanity intact and i was hoping this app would be my saving grace but the limit on pets you can add without the subscription is a problem when I can’t get it to work.Show lesssylveonnix

so far this has been a fantastic app. i wish there were some customization options to be able to add more activities or be more specific. i also wish that there was a sort function so that i could see all the shopping entries or all the walking entries and hide everything else.
but honestly of all the pet apps available this is the best one i've found!Show lesswithadventure
