The INTEGRA NAVIGATOR: WOUNDS App was developed to assist in standardizing care for diabetic foot ulcers in a user friendly, protocol driven, evidence- based manner. The App will guide you through an assessment using blood flow to the wound and infection status to suggest a systematic treatment approach. Using seven unique patient presentations, each systematic treatment approach includes recommendations for diagnostic testing, product selection and follow up care. Patient Presentations 1. No Infection, Adequate Perfusion 2. No Infection, Poor Perfusion 3. Mild Infection, Adequate Perfusion 4. Mild Infection, Poor Perfusion 5. Moderate Infection, Adequate Perfusion 6.
