    I just started using this app, and I like it because it’s very simple… This is simpler (and cheaper) than anything I have used in the past… I am happy with this app…

    If you’re new to resistance band training, this app is ideal. Easy to use and follow.

    Yeah to say that I am new to resistance bands and was looking for something informative,
    So far I am really enjoying using the application.
    it interprets the breakdown of how many repetitions for muscle growth for specific upper/lower and whole muscle groups.
    Also the structure of the pictures are very informative and easy viewing.
    Well lastly even though using it’s not completely free ,$29.99 to upgrade ,but I’ve would like to say I definitely do recommend it to and to try it out yourself.

  • Good exercise range

    Having an Apple Watch for fitness & already paying a subscription, I was looking for something free & simple to follow.

    As per most fitness apps this app has a choice of upgrading to the paid version, which I don’t want to do. The free section is adequate for a beginner-intermediate person.

    I have used bands for years & I like the portability of them & easy to store.

    This app has an ok range of exercises, mostly basic in the free section. If you’re looking for more dynamic exercises it may be worth upgrading to the paid subscription.

    I also like the evidence based research on the use & effectiveness of band practice. Very useful to know. Also the guide on band size was helpful.

    Though I use a medium flat band, it still is suitable for the workouts. I have a stronger band too, which I’ll progress to using.

    Only one issue is the counter on the reps, I prefer timed sessions rather than reps- as you can make it more suited to your level of fitness or motion, but again there’s no stopping me from missing or adding a rep asi see fit etc.

    Free, basic, simple - fits my needs.

  • Awesome App!

    Been using the free version for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. My husband has just started working out with bands and he’s finding the workouts challenging. I plan to subscribe to the app in the near future as we’re giving it good trial run with the free version. Keep up the awesome work Weller Developers 👍👍👍
