Functional and usage
It works without any issues. Very easy and simple to use. Copying and moving files such as photos and videos are really fast.
I was able to transfer file from it out to my computer easily. It shows the right file name and date it was recorded.
You plug it into your laptop pc and it gets detected quickly and move files out without issues.

Whack
Stopped working and now every time I upload photos they just show up black on the app/hard drive
App keeps crashing
Paid for Flash drive, re-downloaded the app, photos arenโt anywhere to be seen along with the app constantly crashing - sort it out!

App and device rubbish
If Iโm paying 30 quid for a hard drive I would expect the app to actually work. Tried to download items but consistently crashes my phone, and once (only a few) are downloaded, they either take 20 minutes to load or my phone crashes again trying to access them. Cant even get to the things Iโve downloaded. The app is really bizarre and isnโt trustworthy with important documents, many I have downloaded are simply not there. Would not recommend.

Took all of my photos
I brought this product to be able to transfer my iPhone photos to my non Apple computer. The first day everything worked great with removing the photos from my phone to the hardware but a few days later I want to put my photos on the computer and the hardware no longer works on my device or anyone else's. Now all of my photos are gone. This is a terrible product and app DO NOT BUY

Loading
Some of my videos donโt load when I upload them. Often times the videos donโt show up or close as soon as I open them. This app needs some big bug fixes.
Doesnโt work
I see now that the app does not have good reviews and wish I had read thru these before purchasing the drive- which did have good reviews. As with others it seems, I get nothing but an error message when trying to use it and at this point even if I were to get it to work I would not trust it to store my photos or files. So it was just a big waste of money that I do not have to spare, & a useless waste of resources. :-/
