Problem
I purchased the tracker but, can’t get this app to download on my iPhone for nothing!
Unhappy with auto renew
I like this product very much. It’s very accurate, but I am very unhappy for the several months that I have been using it. The auto renew does not automatically take out every month but yet expires and then I have to pay a different price which is higher. Every time the prices go up I am now having to look for another tracker.

Top quality professional
This unit is top notch and works perfect. Very easy to use and smooth. Battery life is wonderful and unit is compact. Very good product highly recommended
Need more positions
Overall I think this app is pretty good. Easy to understand and connecting your device is very simple. The app provides a lot of alarm options which is fantastic.
The only criticisms I would give and is more intended as feedback for the developers would be these.
1. Not all countries drive in KM and being able to change to MPH would be very helpful. Along with the travel distance counter to corespond.
2. When watching feed back it’s very difficult to see what time a vehicle stops and when it continues it’s journey even in slow mode. I would suggest having a list of locations to match the pins with the stop/start times next to them and having the duration of the stop would be very helpful OR get the replay to pause at the location and stating the stop/start time and duration of the stop. Pressing play would continue the replay.

Tracker what’s app support number not working
No way of getting hold of customer service
I like it so much.
With it, I can always find my peppy even when I’m working while she is in the pet shop.

Good app
I would like to say it is a good app for individual users. I can easily use it to renew at any time I want, after you open it you can see the map directly, It is much uses friendly. I will like to recommend you to use this application!
