We're sorry to hear about the problems you experienced with trying to withdraw from Moneygram. Please contact us at the email or Discord above so we can find out more about what went wrong. At any time before withdrawing from a Moneygram location you can cancel the transaction. In the Decaf Wallet, go to "Activities", select the Moneygram transaction, which will take you to more details on the transaction. Scroll to the bottom and below the "Done" button there will be a "Cancel transaction" link. Select the "Cancel transaction" link. On the next page select the reason and then select "Cancel Transaction". You should then have the USDC on Stellar added back to your wallet. Thank you, The Decaf Team
