Scammed me out of 16K
This company went ahead and suspended my account as soon as I started to win. Then out of the blue my account gets a suspension message, with 16 thousand dollars in it. I was curious as to what the suspension was about so I constantly tried to communicate with support to try and resolve the situation. TALK ABOUT THE WORST. THE WORST staff of all time. Their agents are arguably laughable the way they handle communications and you can ONLY EMAIL! There’s no direct line of communication, so it’s easy for them to run off with your money with no explanation. I didn’t even think sportsbooks could scam like this but DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH FANATICS: THIS SPORTSBOOK IS BACKED BY THE WORST MOST FISHY PEOPLE. It’s been 3 months now with my account suspended, and still no sign of my money. That amount of money stolen is literally considered theft in almost every state. I had to involve NJ gaming commission to help me with this investigation because it has gotten so out of control. I highly recommended nobody download this app for the safety of yourself and others.

Worst customer service ever.
This might possibly be the worst service I’ve ever been given in my entire life. If I could give a zero star I swear I would. This will be my 4th attempt to reach out after receiving no response. All I am asking is to change my number to my current number that’s literally all I’m asking for and have been asking for. I do not remember the old number on my account I had that number awhile ago and I am currently trying to have my current number applied. I emailed 3 other times. Called two different numbers. Even sent out a tweet. No response about my issue. Is this how fanatics conducts business? I’m honestly in disbelief that it would take days or even weeks just to have my phone number changed? I have my id social whatever you need to prove I am who I am….this is the absolute worst service I’ve ever witnessed in my entire life this is how you guys handle your customers? I am going to leave the most honest review on all sites I can because this has to be unacceptable.

Great Sportsbook! Lots of great promos and random boosts
Really great Sportsbook! I enjoy the boosts and promos and the “fanatics cash back” on each bet which can be turned into cash. Minor improvements I would suggest. First, the TT live games sometimes the live stats/scores will show an old version or previous game instead of the current game. Just seems like a glitch but it’s a bit confusing when trying to place bets that are showing the wrong live scores. Second, and I think ALL sports books should do this, let you customize the sports category you want to bet on. Not everyone wants to have to scroll all the way past NBA, NFL, NHL, NCAA… you get it, to get to their favorite sports. We should be able to make these headers arrangeable or removable.

Cheated, double update
This casino robbed me absolutely blind right before they switched over from PointsBet to fanatics , like crazy cold run improbable immoral mathematically impossible type of run on a slot machine….. when I tell you not one slot pull won more then the cost of the pull…. This happened for 126 straight pulls , something crazy fishy there….. also how can someone who recently played and lost $500 here on slots not earn more than .10 cents free play , it’s the cheapest casino operation out there , at least other places see you’ve played and offer a free sports bet now and then , fanatics does a spin and win daily promo and I’ve tried it everyday now for a few weeks and everyday they give me one slot pull for a whopping .10 cents , hey you lost a few hundred here multiple times but here’s a dime :) it’s so pathetic , my advice to new customers is to play somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business and recognize the fact that you are a human being who is spending their hard earned money for this entertainment…. Keep your .10 cents fanatics

Casino Scam-Worst Customer Service
Tried to report a big issue with one of the slots I played. 10,000 Fortunes. I must of giving it 1K in action betting $2.00 didn’t win over $20 in all those spins. When I finally got the bonus the game glitched. This Mikey Mouse casino you can’t even call anybody so I went through their chat. If you want to know the definition of incompetence don’t look it up in the dictionary or on Google just go to their chat and you will not only understand the definition you will experience it. I asked where my new member bonus was and they stated that is for sports. I let him know it stating betting and assumed it was for casino. I also asked for the Gaming Commission phone number and the ignorant associate game me the compulsion hotline for gambling addiction. I asked what the slot % payout was on that slot and no response. Asked him for a transcript of the chat and he gave me the wrong direction. STAY AWAY from this site. They gave me a case # but no response. Everything is done by email which means they will be unresponsive until you go away typical scam tactic. Thought I would give them a shot but my fault I should of just learned to stay at the real online casinos that you can call somebody and they are responsive . MGM, Fan-Duel and Draft King are the biggest for a reason. I will be sure to do everything in my power to share and warn people on social media. STAY AWAY from this SCAM Site

I had a bad experience with Antonio’s customer service. I came to him to ask for a free bet if I qualify. Keep in mind I bet every day have spent thousands and haven’t been given a free bet in months. And he was very rude I was in a great mood came polite and he didn’t even check. His response was We appreciate your continued play on the Sportsbook and love to hear you are having a great time. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to apply additional credits to the account. For all eligible bonuses please refer to your promotions page. Then I replied that he didn’t check even a $10 free bet would be fine. And his response I checked the account. Please keep in mind that continued solicitation of bonuses will result in a warning. Continued warnings will result in an account suspension. And I haven’t asked for anything in months. So just super disappointed with the way he approached me. Felt very disrespectful and didn’t care to try and get me a free bet while I wait for my deposit from work

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible experience. Had an issue depositing into the account and have had no issue with any other service before with my bank. They can’t tell me why the charge was declined by Fanatics and not by my bank, all they can tell me is the money will be returned to me in 3-5 business days. they kept responding with this despite my willingness to troubleshoot it, I just simply wanted to know if they had more information before I had way more money being held in a 3-5 pend (again by them not by my bank). Normally my bank would not allow the payment to go through if they were to blame(that’s been the case for every other situation where my bank was the issue at least) they would decline the payment. Clearly something was rejected by Fanatics and nobody can answer why for me. I have used other gambling sites/apps so my bank has no reason to reject the payment either unless there is something specifically tied to Fanatics vs other apps but nobody is willing to look further into this for me on their end.

The app was fine and everything worked smoothly until 2 days ago. The slot I was playing on stopped working and said I wasn’t logged in and to go log in and try again. So thinking maybe my internet connection messed up momentarily I logged out and then logged back in but the problem persisted. I contacted an customer service agent who told me to uninstall, and reinstall the app. I did that but once again the slot was still messed up. I contacted customer service again who told me they were not authorized to deal with casino issues and that they were gonna have someone email me that could assist. Today nobody has contacted me at all….I get on the app and try the slot simply to see if it’s working, and it is but it is not starting from where I left off. I contacted customer service once again and told them that I spent money on a slot for nothing because I can’t even finish my game. Once again the customer service rep was little to no help and told me they don’t deal with the casino and that someone would email me within 24-48 hours. Super frustrating!!!! I’m a good loyal customer and it seems as though I’m just being given the run around.

Verification/deposit
My friend referred me to you guys and said this was a pretty good app. I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for somebody to respond to me. Email customer service support to verify my identity don’t understand why you would give me a case number waiting for somebody to reply to me just to verify my identity and make my deposit and then I can be on the app. I never had to go through this with Bet, MGM,fanduel, nor Bet Rivers or DraftKings they gave me a case number and I still have not heard back from nobody after I try to send an email back on what they sent me. This is poor customer service. If that’s the case, I guess I should never refer nobody to this app since it takes so long for somebody to email me back just to verify my identity and I could’ve been join this at two weeks ago.
