Sorry for the inconvenience, we are developing the download folder function in the iOS client, please pay attention to our subsequent release.

But there’s a catch it does give you 10TB space But you can’t download a folder if you want. You have to select each file manually.
I mean what kind of sick service is this ?
Please add Folder downloads option immediately.

Hi there, thanks for loving PikPak! We currently support downloading entire folders on the PikPak Android app. We're also working hard to bring this feature to the iOS and web apps in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!

If you were indeed charged after canceling the subscription, there are two possibilities. One is that you did not successfully cancel the subscription, and the other is that there was a problem with Apple’s handling of the canceled subscription, resulting in an erroneous charge. We suggest you report this issue to Apple, and you can also apply for a refund from Apple in your purchase history. We apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused.
