  • Could use some updates

This app really lags behind the actions I take - it can sometimes be 30+ seconds from when I tap a button to when it actually takes the action. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all.

I’d also love to be able to change my home/“favorite” location from the app. Right now it defaults to the incorrect one.

  • Could use some improvements

Selecting and booking classes is a great feature that the old app was missing.

When viewing class descriptions, the writing cuts off and there’s no option to “see more.” I have no idea what comes after the ellipses — is it an advanced class? Do I bring my own mat or boxing gloves?

When viewing the class schedule for the day, it always reverts to the first class of the day so if it’s noon and I’m looking for an afternoon or evening class, I have to scroll through all the classes that have already happened. There’s no way to filter classes — filtering by type (cardio, strength, aqua, yoga, etc) would be a great feature. Making it easier to un-book a class would be helpful (instead of calling the studio; the option to email is there but I suspect no one checks the email account).

Admittedly, I have not used most of the other features but connecting to MFP seems like an added bonus.

  • Not user friendly

The new app is too busy. When you are just looking to sign up for class and that is not as easily accessed.
