It is an amazing product but the only thing that spoils it a tiny bit is that you can’t use all the functions on the app and Fitbit without connecting them together.Sunflower Lilly
Good watch for children…..BUT
I have two daughters who both love their watches, but the app fails big time. I can only add one profile to a device, therefore it is very time consuming to update the watches individually on different devices.
It would be extremely useful to have the ability to switch between their profiles from one linked device.Show lessmeljomoon

Resets itself
I purchased this in November 2023 for my 9 year old daughter. We set it up with one of the optional faces - she wore it to school and by the time she came home it had reset itself. It was showing the incorrect time and the face had changed back to the default setting!
We have tried and tried over and over again, but it still resets itself, shows the incorrect time and it continually goes back to default settings - sometimes its minutes sometimes it hours later.
She is most disappointed as am I. Is there a fix for this?Show lessDodoDee78
My Tikkers review
It is a very good app cause I could download it on to my phone and it was free! I used the app to change my wallpaper on my watch and when you download the app it will say what is your DOB (Date Of Birth) height and weight etc… When someone sent me an email or message it came straight to my watch and if it doesn’t work I think it’s because you didn’t turn on the Bluetooth sign. Stop like I love it the color the everything looks cute and I think I would love to see you guys in person that make these watches please tho can u make a update about that maybe mini games or answering calls and messages that would mean a lot to me!

Good but…
I bought this watch for my child for Christmas. I have no idea what the icons on the watch mean or how to use them, I don’t want to risk resetting the watch as I’ve managed to set it up and change the screen etc. I would like it if the app gave you a breakdown of every app/icon on the watchspmumps

I lost my ear pods that came with it and I can’t find them I really need you to add an EarPod finder or something please I only got this a few days agoHollie Digby
