- Feedback functionality: customers can now send us feedback about their GTM experience. With this new release, Push Notifications have been developed and deployed to our production IOS and Android mobile environments. The push notifications feature is designed to alert the user with automatic notifications at 3 predefined levels. All popup displays will also allow the user to navigate directly to trip/service record on taping the specific notification. At the trip creation level: Following the creation of a trip, GTM will display to the user a popup message that notifies the user on the creation of a new trip that has been added to their customer account. At the service creation and service status change level: following the creation of a service and its subsequent service status change – the user will be notified that a new service has been created for a specific trip id – this notification will include the trip reference ID, applicable airport location or country and the service status updates associated with this event following any subsequent amendments. At the departure and arrival movement notification level. Should an aircraft depart or arrive from/at a particular airport location – GTM will display movement notification for airport locations where handling services were requested from UAS International Trip Support. The notification data displayed will include the aircraft callsign, location and actual time of departure and/or arrival. For Departures, and estimated time of arrival will also be provided for the intended point of destination.

Create New Trip Wizard: The New Trip creation wizard has been redesigned for a smarter and more intuitive flow, whilst reducing on the number of inputs needed for creating the initial Draft Trip record. People database user interface in the web application has been redefined and relaunched in line with other CMS modules. For the mobile application, this release will allow users for the first time to manage their personnel and passenger database directly via the mobile app. • People List: ability to search, view and select from the Operator’s full list of crew and passenger as well as passport and visa information at a glance. • Personal Info: allows the user to view and manage the primary personal data associated with a particular individual. • Profile type: allows the user to select whether that individual is crew or passenger. • Pilot credentials: in case that profile is crew, a user will be provided an opportunity to list and save that crew’s pilot credentials (when applicable). • Passports and Visa: allows the user to view and manage each individual’s passports and visa information. • Documents: allows the user to view and manage additional documentation associated with that individual.

Trip Document’s tab/Weather: Functionality to download weather for the route of flight has been optimised, allowing the user to obtain meteorological reports on a trip per trip basis. For individual airport meteorological reports, please refer to Airports database/Weather. In-trip Review tab/Discard: following a user-triggered amendment to a trip that is in-progress, should a user wish to cancel those changes, the Discard button feature should be selecting thus allowing the trip to revert to its previous values before the changes that were made. In-trip Document’s tab/Filter: A user can filter a trip via the document’s filter tab, for the required legs and services that should be displayed. This feature has been optimised and corrected to the working order required. In-trip Service tab/Flight brief: Added new flag and label for service status 'Not Required'. In-trip Review tab/Cancel: Should a user inadvertently create a new trip in error – which is yet to be submitted to UAS International trip support – that user will have the ability to ‘Cancel’ that trip via the Review tab / Cancel trigger. That trip will now appear on the user’s dashboard as Trip status Cancelled and File status ‘Closed’ respectively. In-trip Documents Tab/Download (Mobile): inability to retrieve and download the selected flight brief via the mobile app in certain scenarios has been fixed. In-trip Documents Tab/Flight Brief: Exclude cancelled services check box, ticked by default.
