Poor but has potential
Unable to amend portion sizes and you go to filter out “phase 1” recipes, none appear. Try the same for “phase 2” again no results. “Phase 3” however shows all the recipes and a lot aren’t suitable for low fodmap?? How is that helpful?! Also a bit of a scam you’re forced to leave a review before you can even access all areas of the app to see what it’s like.. 😂

Hard to use and can’t find the foods I want
I love the idea of this app…but it’s not very easy to use. I can’t find where to log foods as I eat them, I can only see ‘menus’ and it’s unclear if that’s the same thing or not, and loads of foods are also missing from the lists - things like plain dark chocolate. The Monash app is much more user friendly in my opinion, even if the functionality in terms of symptom tracking is limited.

A bit tricky to use
I’m not sure how to record the food you’ve eaten. It doesn’t seem to let you alter amounts of different foods.
