The app for the kidney test was easy to use and well designed. The instructions were easy to follow. Thank you for making it possible to take this test at home and for helping me stay healthy.
Teamwork
My mother (78 yrs.) and I (40 yrs.) just used the kidney kit and it was very well sequenced. It was helpful to have the two of us so that she could focus on the kit part of the process and I could do the selecting of the buttons on the app on my phone.
Easy
I have waited and waited to perform this test. I finally did it and it only took a couple of minutes. Very simple to take and you get your results right away. Just do it!

The test was easier than I expected, and the instructional tutorial was excellent with easy to follow step-by-step instructions and time to follow them.
Objectionable
When asked to write the review I had been provided with a nearly useless result. This is clearly a way for the promoting company to make more money and not be fully supporting the test taker. The result showed a VAST range and seemed designed only to get you to see your doctor. While that is useful I was led to believe the result would be more granular. As it is the test is entirely too binary: eg you have issues vs no issues. Not good enough as I already know that from a doctor I trust explicitly. I wouldn’t have bothered taking the test had I known the result is provided in a uselessly broad manner.

Minuteful Kidney test
This test took me over an hour, and I had to call my daughter for help. I think you are being quite unreasonable and expecting older people who are your customers to do this high-tech stuff with cameras and cell phones and all this tech stuff think about it who are you dealing with, I am 91 years old. I did not grow up with technology. This was totally frustrating.

Minuteful Kidney test
At first I was a little apprehensive about doing this test, because I have several health issues. Then I realize that it’s important for me to take the initiative and make sure that I am aware of all of body functions. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me about this matter and for sending the test in the mail for comfort and privacy.
