Objectionable
When asked to write the review I had been provided with a nearly useless result. This is clearly a way for the promoting company to make more money and not be fully supporting the test taker. The result showed a VAST range and seemed designed only to get you to see your doctor. While that is useful I was led to believe the result would be more granular. As it is the test is entirely too binary: eg you have issues vs no issues. Not good enough as I already know that from a doctor I trust explicitly. I wouldn’t have bothered taking the test had I known the result is provided in a uselessly broad manner.TSNewhart
Minuteful Kidney test
This test took me over an hour, and I had to call my daughter for help. I think you are being quite unreasonable and expecting older people who are your customers to do this high-tech stuff with cameras and cell phones and all this tech stuff think about it who are you dealing with, I am 91 years old. I did not grow up with technology. This was totally frustrating.CJRSt

At first I was a little apprehensive about doing this test, because I have several health issues. Then I realize that it’s important for me to take the initiative and make sure that I am aware of all of body functions. Kidney test
I was unsure about using the test kit but the person on the phone was helpful and not the least bit impatient with me as she directed me through getting into the app.1st grd teacher
Difficult to Read
The worst thing was trying to read the less than 1/16th inch print!!
We seniors have a difficult time reading print that small even with reading glasses and a magnifying glass. Bold print would be better.
