This app really helps me to stay organized on my mental health journey. It can be hard to remember what all I need to be working on but this app helps break it down into more manageable chunks and keeps me on trackThis app is effective!
I like using this app. It's simple yet effective to deal with my overthinking and being distracted all the time. Would recommend it to other people. It has many features like challenges, audieos.. you can choose what works for you. All the best!Helped me feel better
I completed a Momentri session and tried the feel better session. I woke up with negative thoughts and feeling today. this really helped me center myself.. and dumped out a lot of what was in my mind.. used gratitude to turn negative thoughts into positive ones.. and breathing helps like magic.. finally decided to set actions that could make things better rather than being stuck in thought loops.. I like how the entry appears on the entries page as it feels like an accomplishment to write all this and complete the process 🙂🙂Developer Response
