RutOS won’t recognise firmware update
New to running a rutx50 5g router and modem and recently encountered a quirk in the ecosystem that Teltonika offers. Maintaining up to date firmware on the device makes it unreachable on the RutOs app as the app does not recognise the latest firmware. The device is in working order and accessible using browser IP lookup and SMS utilities but annoyingly not through a simple app unless you reset to factory settings and roll back the firmware update. A great app
A very useful tool to monitor gateway activity and settings.
Would be nice to have more control on the Dashboard or information regarding connected bands and signals strength, it could also help having notifications for dropped bands, signals and firewall reports.

Sometimes works
This is brilliant when it works, but if you make any change to the Wi-Fi or mobile status on the sidebar in the web UI, or even just switch them off and on again, then you can kiss your app goodbye as it just will not connect again until you do a hard reset. The annoying thing is, is that you can still connect devices to it via Wi-Fi.

Doesn’t even work with the QR code
This app should work, it’s hardly a complex ask to connect to your own hardware is it? You get three options to connect, one is to search for a teltonica device so I tried that first with the RUT241 alongside it and it couldn’t find it. Unfettered I tried again this time scanning the QR code which is option 2, it read the QR code and then gave me an error that the wifi was wrong! The 3rd option is manual and that was the same result as the first option. So there you go? It literally can’t find its own hardware even when you’re six inches away!

way to basic
bought a Rut11 and app is useless only a fraction of functionality of the web login needs to be on paar.
Fails to add my RutX
Tried multiple times, all I get is
FAILED
We were unable to establish a connection. There might be issues with provided configuration (IP, Credentials, Internet Availability, etc).
Everything on router is set right but unable to add, so waste of time and my time.

Disappointing
Searched for and downloaded this app because the web interface is rubbish on a phone. Unfortunately the app is very limited and doesn’t even show the mobile signal strength. Disappointing
