Just downloaded this app to start budgeting and tracking my finances, easy and intuitive to use. Love how it’s completely free and ad-free. Please keep this app free, I’d be happy to support the developer/developers with a one time donation to ensure I would not be paywalled in the future like many other promising free budget apps.
Suggestions:
Please add some sort of “savings goal” function, where you could set an amount you want to save (e.g. $5,000) and be able to set a deposit frequency (e.g. $50/month) and have the app tell you how many months/weeks/years it would take to reach goal, or be able to set date you’d like to have money saved by and have the app tell you how much you need to save depending on saving frequency.
Please add a search bar in the filters!

StephanIt’s really simple to use, which is what most couples and average users needs an app to be.
A few suggestions,
• An option to adjust font size as some currencies such as where I am from have many zeros for a normal groceries
• Ability to customize icons for categories

The issue with the symbols has become one of the most common pieces of feedback. I'm still considering how to expand on this.
Regarding the font size, you're actually the first person to mention it. Is it just an aesthetic problem, or does it make the app difficult to use? Due to the many responses, I need to prioritize.

StephanNicely done! Something I have been looking for a long time. One suggestion is to please make a folder view for categories so everything for each category can be viewed under one place. Additionally, if possible, please separate household into different views. That way the total is calculated for each person rather than it being all together. Appreciate your work and thank you so much.

What you're wishing for is already possible through the filter in the top right. I know it takes a bit longer, but it has the big advantage of keeping the home page clear and organized. If I were to add everything you want to the home page, it would quickly become cluttered. And believe it or not, there are already people who feel overwhelmed by the many options on the home page :)

I would absolutely love if you added the option for a weekly/biweekly view since that’s the frequency that i get paid and it’s a little easier for me to think about budgeting by the week vs the month. Thank you so much for providing this free of ads and charge!!

Thank you also for the tip about weekly payments. A weekly display was possible at one point. However, I removed it because I thought no one needed it. Now I know better, and I'll bring it back when I get the chance.

StephanVery clean interface and easy to use. The best parts are that it’s ACTUALLY free and without ads. The joint household feature works very well and easy to set up. If there was a widget option or Apple Watch option to add transactions that would make it 5 stars for me!

Many people have wished for widgets. That will come at some point. Unfortunately, with two small children and a full-time job, I don't have much time. So I can't give a specific date yet.
A watch app sounds exciting, but you're the first person to request it. I don't even own one myself :/ So that's rather unlikely.
Also, keep in mind that I don't make it dependent on whether someone gives me a 5th star for a feature. That would quickly make the app very complex and confusing. My biggest goal is to make the app as simple as possible. Of course, it should also be useful. This means I consider how meaningful I think a feature is and, of course, how many people wish for it.

StephanThis app has been such a life saver, what would make it even better would be the ability to mark an outgoing payment as having been paid so that I can keep track of whats been paid and what hasn’t for better peace of mind.
