You can choose from Trim, Sculpt or Build programming – each daily workout has a different focus and will take about 40 mins to complete. Trim workouts can be done at home with no equipment, Sculpt uses minimal equipment (you can purchase our Gym in a Box to receive all items!) and Build requires gym access.
