Bad Customer Service
This game is cute and all but there is one significant problem that ruins it and will continue to ruin it if the devs don’t fix their game glitches so that transactional errors don’t happen. The problem is when players pay for a product, don’t get what they paid for, provide the information needed to prove they didn’t get what they paid for, and the devs choose to not give the product that rightfully belongs to players. That happened to me two days ago and I still don’t have the diamonds. It seems like I’ve been ignored and think it’s logical to conclude that I won’t get them. This problem should have been rectified immediately and it hasn’t been. So, that’s why I will delete my account and not play this game anymore. That’s a shame because it has a lot of potential but, unfortunately, bad customer service such as this can be its downfall.

So, I have a problem.....
So I have a few suggestions for the game that would make the game easier overall. My first suggestion: maybe make it so that when you unlock the talisman summoner menu, make it so that after the white bearded green slime stop talking about asking his troll neighbor about getting loot. My second suggestion: making it so that you can enter referral codes easily, because I forgot the way to do it. My third suggestion: getting miner dwarves quicker, because I really like the mining part in
Legend of Slime; it's really fun. And my final suggestion: making it so that when you enter coupon codes, it shows the active ones that you can use and when they expire, because it's just annoying to look online for active coupon codes only to find that there are only three never-expiring coupon codes, and also make a button that allows you to reuse coupon codes, because it would be very helpful. Also just one small request: can you give me all membership passes and all rare slimes? I need this because it will take me 5-8 years to accomplish this, because my family is poor, and having all the membership passes and all the rare skins will help my overall gameplay, also, can you turn me into the best player in Legend of Slime? Or if you can't turn me into the best player in
Legend of Slime, can you give me instructions on how to become the best player in Legend of Slime?

Here is a good example of the changes the developers have added
Also when I download this app the most expensive things you COULD purchase PER MONTH (Battle pass & monthly VIP subscription) Totaled $30 a month. That’s a lot for a small app asking for optional money. In recent updates they have added a Diamond Pass and a battle pass +. If a dumb kid got there parents money they could spend a total of $96 AUD per month on the stuff this game pushes each time you log in. The original battle pass and VIP while a not very nice thing to have, is a standard in most mobile games now a days so it wasn’t that bad. BUT $96 per month is ridiculous greed. And that’s excluding this game’s dependency on premium currency.
Point being you had a great game, hooked people then trashed it hoping to exploit those you lured in. Twas a good game. Shame.
