Played this game for weeks and made loads of progress, even put a little bit of money to get me an edge but I’ve come on it today and the game has started like I’ve never played it before. Had to start from the beginning and there was nowhere on the app to get support or recover account. Game reset on me back to level 1!
There is no in game bug report so I’m adding this here in hopes the devs see.
Spent so much time on this game, and woke up to see I’ve been reset to level 1 and the app is asking me to do the tutorial again like it’s my first play!
Can someone please help me? I was on level 48 and really do NOT want to start over!!!!!Show lessslyde0101

Heya, I was use this app today morning ! Was fine … few minutes ago I got loaded in the game from great start ! I did restart I did reinstall nothing work ! Please fix that problem ….. may I download againLesmester

Have been enjoying the game although now come into the App Store see a update sitting there after I’ve tried to get on the game and seeing as my hole game has reset from scratch I’ve put up with lot’s of glitches loosing stuff over and over again and now to see I’ve got to start from scratch again sort the issues out reported the continued can’t connect to server or network failed the get your device is logged in somewhere elseShow lessDididolittle
Fun game but has major problems…
Played the game for a few days now and thoroughly enjoyed myself until today. Tried opening my game’s progress and everything I had built up and leveled was completely gone. While I only spent a few dollars (under $10), it left me with very little confidence that I would ever play this game again. The abrupt lose of my gaming progression has been mysteriously deleted. So I’d rather warn others to not get attached to their account since it could bug out and be deleted at any time.Show lessZMaker

I’m going to be straight up honest.
Overall I think the game is quite good! It has big potential to be a big game with less Ads.
I have experienced lag in this game but it’s not too bad. Not sure if this is just a knock off game were they make it and never come back to develop it better or if it’s just a starter game and then improve it.
Really hope they improve this game as I could be really good 👌

Lost account and purchases
The game is pretty fun and definitely gives a robust experience. However I played for a few days and logged in today and my account was gone. I made a few in game purchases and put some time in and was really enjoying the game so it’s a bit disheartening but I reached out to the developers so hopefully I get a quick response and a favorable outcome!Show lessRimuruslaps
Great but sad
I quite enjoyed the game, had 4 hero’s around lvl 60 and most gladiator around 85. Had just purchased the legendary bucket hat gladiator and the next time I loaded game all my progress was gone and had been deleted. I’m really disappointed as I had just purchased something when I don’t normally on apps and have lost all data and motivation for game.Show lessHunter GreyMane

I see people rating 1-3 stars because of how glitchy it is, this game is so good, yes it’s glitchy but it’s deserving of 4-5 stars because glitches and bugs are an easy fixiiPandaCupcake
Amazing
This game hooked me right off the bat when I easily beat my first battle. I’ve had this game for about 5 hours now and I have had no forced ads whatsoever. Making it fun and enjoyable.
