I’ve always experienced bad customer service with these people whether its their bidding, shipping or in store services.
They will tell you that your problem will be fixed but believe me they will not even try, unless you call them everyday.
Also stuff on the bidding app is labeled new but some are used and some are outright missing items. Lastly if you want a refund for your wrong item you will have to order a new item from them otherwise they wont send a driver.

Doesn’t even work
The app itself doesn’t even run on evenings, crashes all the time, full of bugs and very slow..

Don’t waste your time downloading this
The app is very slow and lagging, the only thing you can do is scroll can’t even open the items to bid on them, if you want to risk losing your sanity feel free to download

They are thieves. I won a T-shirt that was listed as a medium size, but when it arrived, it was a child’s size. I tried to explain that it wasn't my fault, but they responded, “Sorry, we can't accept returns; we included everything in the description.” They lied, as there was nothing in the description stating that it was a child’s size. In the end, they stole my money. Be careful, everyone!

only works fully with wifi and not fastlink
the application is not functional if you are connected to fastlink, you can only view the items from the main menu, but if you click the items it will just start loading forever, this applies for every other tabs in the application, you have to be connected to a wifi if you want to have the full functionality of this app

Too much errors
I have tried tens of times calling the numbers in shown in the app never ever anyone answers the calls.
This app used to be my favorite and I was constantly using this app but I haven’t been able to bid anything for over six months.

You cant run the app continuously when you scroll down it take you out of the app

Very slow and unsatisfying, the page wont load even if you wait 10 minutes and also it works bad on data!

Bidding never works .. tried to bid on items but it just keeps loading .. missed many auctions because i use the app .. on their website it works just fine !!! I have this issue on different devices
