Horrible Book, Awful Customer Service
I have bet with over 30 different books and they are by far the worst. First, they shave the lines without you knowing. So it’s is -110, they are actually like -111 but you wouldn’t know it unless you put the numbers in an odds calculator. Also, my account was hacked and someone deposited $200 from my bank onto the app. Granted, it isn’t necessarily their fault, but I changed my password and withdrew the $200 to put back into my bank account. I left a note saying that there was unauthorized access on my account, and asked if there was a way I could add extra security to my account to keep from happening. I authorized the withdraw to go back into my back account and told them that part was my doing. They then put my withdrawal on pending review (no big issues on that part) but when I reached out over the next two weeks, they would never respond. I would live chat and they kept telling me my issue was escalated. Called the number, and nobody answered. Not even a simple response of “we are still reviewing” when I emailed. I finally threatened and said I had no other choice but to contact the Tennessee Gaming Commission. They finally emailed and said they couldn’t find any evidence of unauthorized access to my account and for the safety and security, have banned me from the app. Honestly don’t care they banned me, cause I never plan to use them anyways. Just a total disregard for the security of peoples money and information. I’m still waiting on my money to get back, but never use this book. I hope they go out of business soon! Go use, DraftKings, FanDuel, fanatics, ESPN or anything else other than this piece of crapGOD AWFUL!!!!

I closed my account because when I tried to withdraw they said that I couldn’t until I “added more funds from other accounts”. Okay. I used Apple Pay so I’ll just add my other…NOPE. Their system wouldn’t let me add ANY other form of payment. After threatening to contact the gambling commission, they finally said that they would give me the fed ex number when they send the check. 3 weeks later and here we are. When I email them, it bounces back and they have blocked me. There are 1,000 other sportsbooks to use that are decent. This is number 1,000 of the list. Horrible!!! Don’t let them take your money too.BoooooBetly!!

Free bets a scam
Don’t believe their free bet promo. I have used several betting sites and never had an issue and I always make sure to follow the rules to get the free bet. Well I placed a $250 bet, lost, and never received the free bet. All requirements met. I have emailed them three times in a week and never even got a response.
Long story short. There are plenty of other better gambling sites. Stay away from Betly.MattVog
