Scamming App!
Used the app to use the scooter and it was broke so I wasn’t able to ride, I requested a refund. The man who’s number is attached to the app has been playing cat and mouse games about my refund. The email address associated with the app isn’t even a real one, the email keeps sending back saying it’s fake.Liz metoyer

This app is not user friendly and the company is not trustworthy. There are no instructions in the app about how to start the ride. And I struggled with two different scooters that would not start. But the company still charged me because they claim the scooters were paused instead of stopped. Customer service is lacking and the way the company runs transactions seems corrupt. Like very similar to fraud. DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IN THIS APP.Sheakenboomboomboom

So for the cost of an Uber Black ride in New Orleans, you can ride some crappy little scooter for 5x13 city blocks. I wasn’t sure at first if there were actually as many limits as there are, but yes, about 90% of the entire city is off-limits.

Instructions for use very poor. Tried to take one for a ride and was charged even though the bike never moved! No way to contact customer support. App has minimal instructions and poorly designed. After taking my credit card info and trying to use a scooter I was left stranded and with no way to get more info on how to deal with the situation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!OY123!!!
