NO TRANSPARENCY. 19 dollar rides!!
I just blew 10 bucks to put money in my wallet and these goofs are charging 15 dollar fixed fee for a ride then 3 dollar up charge plus .10 a minute.

SCAM ALERT
look at the reviews in here, same thing happened to me. I used this app once in New Orleans back in 2022 and they charged me randomly this year.
DO NOT USE THIS
I got an alert from my bank today because my debit card was charged from an unrecognized vendor. My “Ride Mobility” account is conveniently “locked” and I can’t access it. I only used this app ONCE for a SINGLE ride in NOLA back in 2023. I never signed up for anything with them nor ever used this app again… I had to get a new debit card, and now my bank account is locked until the fraud department completes an investigation. Thanks but no thanks. Can’t believe this.

SCAM
Used the app once in New Orleans for scooters, now being charged over a year later. Fees left and right for not 'cancelling' your account essentially. Absolute joke, dont do it.
DO NOT TRUST
This app has hidden in your terms and conditions that if you do not fully delete account after using that they will charge you for a manual termination of your account. Just got charged 53 dollars after not using account for 20 months.
BEWARE, takes your money for no reason
After using these in New Orleans, 5 months later they randomly charge me 25$. I didn’t even have the app. The only way to contact them was a email. And you can’t find a website or number for this company. Was fun at the time, but when they start taking money it’s a no for me. Beware!!!
SCAM
I haven’t used this app since being in New Orleans a year ago and just received a fraudulent charge on my card from this app. When I tried to login, it said my account was blocked and to contact them without giving any contact information! DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD INFORMATION ON THIS APP!!!
Extra charges and no customer support
Haven’t been to New Orleans in a year and getting extra charges just now from it and can’t find no contact info and can’t sign in
Scamming App!
Used the app to use the scooter and it was broke so I wasn’t able to ride, I requested a refund. The man who’s number is attached to the app has been playing cat and mouse games about my refund. The email address associated with the app isn’t even a real one, the email keeps sending back saying it’s fake.
