  • Great daily check-in

A simple, elegant question everyday: how do you feel today? This app isn’t trying to track a hundred different things in complex ways, it’s helping you look at one thing, easily on a daily basis. I’ve been using it 3 years now and highly recommend.
  • Poorly advertised

It’s not very clear that it is a pay to use service. I knew there were costs before i downloaded but i did not realise a paywall blocks me from using the app entirely.

  • Nothing is worse

I got this as i thought i need something like this all the reviews are great so i opened it and it was starting off like you track your steps ect. but not your mood! Here comes the bad part. you have no choice but to subscribe which costs a whopping £1 per month! I cant do in app purchases on my device so this app is completely useless! I mean if you want to pay that £1 then it may be good but yeah! Pls make there be a free way!!!

  • Simple and effective.

I’m really enjoying using the mood app, it’s super simple interface and clear, appealing design makes it enjoyable (and interesting) to now see how I feel throughout the week, month and year. The daily reminder makes tracking my mood effortless and does it’s job really well without any off putting distractions.

  • Great App

A simple idea brilliantly executed. Makes you take a moment to think about your mood and build a picture of your mental health.
  • Great Mood

Mood is simple and useful. It’s your little friend, asking you how you are each day.

And that one little thing means one big thing… that you ask yourself how you are, too.

And that’s one of the most important questions of all.

  • Great app!

Does what it says… let’s you take the time once a day to focus on how you are feeling. Give it a try!
  • Simple and very useful

I find the simplicity of the this app is the key. It gives me a moment in the day to reflect on how I’m feeling, and why. Since having the app I’ve made positive changes to change what can affect my mood.
  • Simple and brilliant

I use it everyday. It takes a second but makes me think about my day and what went right and what didn’t. Overtime I see patterns so I can make changes.
