Unreliable
This app is insanely unreliable. I try to book a ride and 90% of the time it’s full. I shouldn’t be having to book a ride ahead of time just to secure a seat. It’s really sad. And to top it off the app canceled my ride at the last minute. Like seriously? Can’t wait until I have my own car so I won’t have to deal with this app. At this point I might as well start using Uber.
