Still Horrible!
This app deleted everything off of my Mac book then I couldn’t get ahold of their customer support! I’m so screwed it’s not even funny. Trying to get some old pictures back destroyed my computer, external hard drive and now I have no tax records!!!!!! Thanks! I’m terrified of where my information is and who is using it!
Part of their response “Besides our app an official website clearly state that we only provide iPhone/iPod/iPad data recovery which doesn’t include Mack book data recovery” I used the app according to their directions to recover data from my phone. I downloaded the proper program to my computer per their directions directly from their website with the help of their online support! I hooked my phone up to the computer per the directions on their website and the program! When I tried to turn off the program when I was done it cleared off my computer!!!! PS it only brought back a few photos. No text history as advertised. Apple gave me a full refund. This cute response is disgusting!!!! Your company wiped out my computer when I followed ALL of the directions to recover my IPhone! All of the photos of my daughter are gone. You must be insane to think I’d let you anywhere near my computer again. It took me forever to get your product and every trace of it off of my computer.
