UI / UX on point must have app for navigating and planning your schedule at NAMMParagonHost

This actually helps a lot I thought it was going to be one of those apps were it’s just to get revenue off downloads and practically useless but this is great I like the UI I think it works great helps me book meeting with other people like the co founder of DaddarioSean TKB
Not great. Too clunky to manage.
You can make a basic profile and do basic things … but without contacting customer service you can’t make any meaningful updates to your exhibitor profile, your event profile.iHaze
Doesn’t work
App won’t log me in or send the password reminder to my registered address. Useless.wile-e
Takes too long
Too complicated, I waste time on this. I vastly prefer the old pre covid system. It’s much harder to assemble a list of companies this was. Not impresdrdukeylargo1

Poorly designed app
I couldn’t log into the app, much less use it so I could rate it. It kept saying I was already registered.. then it would send confirmation numbers to my email which never worked. Now it says “we couldn’t log you in, please make sure you’re registered for the event.”OjanMusic
Not usable
The app doesn’t recognize my NAMM sign in. Even after multiple attempts at changing the password.Michael3223

You can email mobile@namm.org and we will help fix your sign-in issues. There is still plenty of video-on-demand content to access in the app.Works fine for me
This is the first year I’ve ever used the app every day. I was able to schedule my events ahead of time, and I also liked being able to delete them as I went along. Searching for exhibitors was easy. Overall, it’s very user-friendly. I really came to depend on it.jmk132435
Times all wrong
Unfortunately my app has my time zone somehow set to gmt but I’m in California… so all the times for the events I scheduled are all off and I missed most of them… I drove 6 hours sigh… please fix thisLafemmebear Music

We are sorry to hear your event times were out of sync. Since the NAMM Show is a hybrid event, all times are locked to the on-site time zone (PDT). Even if a user's time zone is fixed to their home location, e.g. London (+8 hours), the app should show event times in PDT. We are not sure why you were seeing incorrect times.
