Stupid app that glitches

I order yesterday and today it shows that cancelled by customer. Like i ordered before sleeping and saw cancellation after i woke up. Like bro customer so rahi thi to cancel kisne kiya? Customer ke bhoot ne??? Now they are letting me to order again like wth???? And for my first order it took like a week to get my products and on top of that my products were expired!!! Tira is a big disappointment. Yeh log sirf paise ke piche hain shame on reliance

Dirty used pdts

I ordered the body shop edelweisee serum . It came dusty in dusty old bottle and was open was open. The scan code sticker also eorn out. Beware if these scamers .

This app is bad, stay away from Tira and save your money.

I swear this is hands down the worst app for shopping online. Firstly, they deduct my money for no reason and when I contacted the customer service, they told me to contact my bank! Secondly, the order I placed was delivered way too late. They are the worse and i would suggest nobody should risk their money. The discounts are SHAM! they dont even apply to the order. GUYS, STAY AWAY FROM TIRA AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

I placed an order on 4 of the may and I haven’t received the product yet . I paid for the full payment . Worst experience. Despite several complaints to customer care nothing change

Third class app

I ordered a curler 3 times. But 3 times the order got cancelled after 4 to 5 days of waiting. I don’t understand if you can’t just deliver then why placed the order and took payment as well. Disgusting shopping experience.

Terrible App Dev. How can such a low quality app be published and handed to the public

No payment method is accepted not even COD. Keeps saying ‘something went wrong’. Tried multiple times over a few hours and it still never worked. I know it wasn’t an Internet issue
Tried to submit a query and wasn’t even able to do that. This time I got a code error message that wasn’t even in human readable form lol. Nothing works. Do you want customers to be able to order or not?
