Not awful but..
It works fine if you are watching a live feed but I bought the cloud storage subscription for $50/yr but it doesn’t playback cleanly. I hope they fix that because it would be pointless otherwise.Bex’ahlia

2 cameras don’t work and service is not available. Someone responded me once when I made my multiple requests to fix the problem that both cameras are not working properly and the application cannot be updated. Absolutely impossible to fix, and no customer service available to fix this issue.aleks,

Everything was fine at first. After 3 months, problems began to view the recording. After 4 months, the camera stopped working and the second camera cannot connect to the server.
