I am sorry that you've had that experience. Sometimes if the device has a slower processing speed, it will not be able to work properly. This is what I have needed to motivate me to stick to my weight loss program. Seeing my body in its current form and watching it change to my goal weight is such a positive experience. I love the other features as well as I can track my progress.Custom Acoustics
