I’ve only built two teams but I’m already addicted. Great format, options and strategy. You’ll fall in love with this game even if you’re the most novice stathead.
Narrow Outcomes
I am doing my best. I never get under 133 wins or over 140 except for one 144, which I really don’t think I can improve upon at all. Makes it kinda boring. My suggestion is to use peak seasons rather than averages and fewer re-rolls (maybe 3 or 4 total).

Just like 82-0 you need to put in where you can sort by batting average etc.
Great Game and Design
Americas Pastime meets analytics meets fun! Roster construction, strategy, and unlimited debate between my son and I. Love the daily challenges and how they are occasionally mixed up depending on time of year; i.e. All-Star break, trade deadline, etc, offers some variability.

Good game but…
Makes no sense that when you play H2H it’s based on OPS yet you don’t see that when you play. I’ve had Ichiro and people like Ty Cobb lose to dudes who arnt even in the hall of good.
Addictive
My biggest issue is how addicted I have gotten the last week. Very fun. Easy to play but tougher to master. Perfect to play waiting for something, between meetings, or while watching baseball.
