We're very sorry you've has this experience. If you purchase a short term program (6 or 8 weeks) you have access to that program for that period and then the account is deactivated. This would be why you experienced log in issues as there is no active account. We do reset client programs in-app if they happen to fall behind on workouts and have active support in-app. Please reach out to hello@dannibelle.com and we will reactivate your account so you can complete your program again. We pride ourselves on the support we offer our clients so once again we're sorry you've had this experience.
