Amazing Credit Union and
…the App is impressive for a small banking institution. I can deposit checks, transfer money, and do everything I need to do using this app. It’s pretty user friendly except the transfer from savings to checking, and vice versa, is a little tricky.amysuesuesue

Can’t change preferred name in the app anymore :/
After being forced to switch apps and having to essentially reset my whole account, I found this new app got rid of my favorite feature of the previous one: being able to change my preferred name in the app. I don’t like my legal name and I liked being able to change it. Then, when I tried to leave this exact feedback within the app, it said it “wasn’t valid feedback.” Like ??? I feel this is valid feedback
