Sorry, but you can click Rstore Purchase Failed at the bottom of the purchase page and follow the instructions on that page. Make sure your current apple id is the same as the one you used to make the purchase. As for Apple Music not being easily accessible, there are no plans to do so at this time due to versioning.

I‘m so sorry! To export songs, you only need to select the directory, and you don’t need to specify the file name. Mac needs to authorize writing to some directories. You can try another directory. If it still doesn‘t work, you can email yueyin.music@foxmail.com
