Hello! We are sorry to hear you are having trouble using the app. Are you trying to measure this from the ground? Or while standing on the roof? It is possible depending on the setup that simply not enough data points exist for the device to establish enough context to measure. Without more information we can only speculate. Hello! If you want to request a refund please follow these steps: 1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. 2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. 3. Tap or click "I'd like to." 4. Choose "Request a refund." 5. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. 6. Choose the item or items that you bought, then choose Submit. Ooops - this app gave me double the real size…
Apple’s app was right on 2.5”. This App - 5”… go figure… lol.
BTW the way it performed the measurement it looks very much like Apple’s Measure App, only it miscalculated the result by a factor of two!!!

We are sorry to hear you had difficulty however we can not duplicate an error such as you describe in our app. What we can say is that it can sometimes be difficult to consistently use AR to measure such small distances. We offer a handy ruler function in the app specifically for cases of finer measurement like this.
