Who is Kultra for? Built on a foundation of behavioural science and research, Kultra is designed to make the power of coaching available to everyone in an organisation. Whether you're at the start of your career or you're an experienced leader, if you're motivated to develop your skills and capabilities and maximise your potential then Kultra is for you! Kultra is funded by your employer, so you can only use it if your employer is participating. What is Kultra? Kultra contains a suite of habit-activating coaching modules to help you create relevant and powerful daily habits so you can take ownership of maximising your potential. Focus Areas include: Develop Yourself, Get Things Done, Think Differently and Work Together. How does Kultra work? Choose the development area you want to work on and Kultra will explore ideas with you, check your understanding and help you commit to action. You'll practise a new habit over the course of a week, building self-awareness and new behaviours. Each week you'll select a new area of focus and over time you'll build a set of powerful new capabilities to become the best you can be. That's what coaching is all about. Why do you need Kultra? We believe that the powerful coaching method can benefit everyone, but up to now it's only been available to people in senior roles in organisations.
