Worst app ever

Park obviously has no skilled devs. The app consistently gets worse. Have mostly left (besides a couple loans) the bank due to the app. Will no longer do business with them once they are paid off due to consistent difficulties with online banking. This is 2024, not 1970s park. Get it together

Horrible Interface!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an online banking app. 1/2 the time you can’t even login.

Why is it so hard to have a user friendly app? Everyone else can do it.

Consistently difficult to log in!

This app has been terrible to use so far!! The initial activation key and user is process was already a huge pain the first time using the app, but it keeps making me do those steps every single time I open the app. This app is practically useless when it takes me 5 minutes just to login each time. Please fix this problem or bring back the old app!

F-Ing terrible!

Park has again tried to improve their system in the middle of the fiscal year for us and failed. Now the Website doesn’t work properly , the log in is impossible, and it totally screwed up my quickbooks. Unbelievable, if we weren’t 100% tied to park because of our business we would leave.

I banked with Fairfield National, which was swallowed by Park. Your online banking is a bad joke, which unpaid intern coded this app? I’d give -5 stars if it was an option.

DISASTER…somebody needs to be fired.

Not user friendly

Park National could of just moved to a secure browser and ap without redesigning everything. The new design is not intuitive. It’s a pain to log in. The design looks like a major step backwards. Just awful. Bring the old design back at least!

Not user friendly!

Whoever created or approved this new business app version needs to be fired! Also, I like how Park National didn’t bother to notify me about this change that took place on Monday August 22, no email or letter, or anything. I try to log in on my phone, and that application was no longer supported, I got the new updated one, and now there’s additional steps to take in order to log in. I went to my laptop and same goes for that version. Here’s an idea folks, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Don’t over complicate logging in, it was a simple process that worked fine for years. I didn’t appreciate having to sort this nonsense out today, and seriously thinking about moving my business account to another local bank that is quicker to log in, and more user friendly. I’d rate this app zero stars if I could!!
