I still had the same issue with my memory. I will go to AT&T store tomorrow. I’m on disability and it is hard to go out sometimes. I thought that this app and service would help me but it doesn’t.

I thought I'd finally found a cleaning app for my iPhone...but the only thing you can do for free with this app is download it. Want to clean the junk from from your phone? Give us money first...yeah, I don't think so...
SCAM! BEWARE!
THIS APP IS A SCAM! Apple is unwilling to take down the app and protect its customers. My elderly mother must’ve accidentally hit the button during a game that started a monthly subscription. It provided no app, no service, no name. Simply a scam. Incredibly surprised and disappointed that Apple is unwilling to do anything about it.

How can I use this app properly? Because I think it’s not letting me clean my device ☹️
Recently and Most of the time the app always sends me notifications and tells me to “optimize/clean” my device, but I don’t really get it even though it has “guides”, but that’s only for cleaning apps and it doesn’t explain where and how to clean storage in it.
