App has stopped working with latest update. When launching, its just frozen on the logo.

First time visiting the new franchise in Carnoustie. Very disappointed with the flavours and quality of the chicken, bones in my chicken fillet and two items missing. The sweetcorn was dry and had two areas completely devoid of corn, the fries were poor too. I’ll not return…

I made an order to collect ASAP and was immediately charged. The status of the order never changed to accepted or done so after +1hr waiting I went to check and collect. The people at the restaurant had no order received and said the app was not working properly (funny that it charges properly) I had to make a new order and pay again. The restaurant could not refund me from the previous order through the app and said I should try contacting Customer Services. No reply from them also.
Don’t use the app. It does not work, charges your card and the prices are higher than at the shop.

Unable to order
I’ve been unable to order through the app recently because an error with the required uk phone number which keeps showing error.
Just go with Deliveroo
Literally no point in this app as after 20:30 they turn it off so no deliveries available after that time.
