Opt out violation
When signing up for the app profile it wouldn’t work unless you opt in for marketing emails the company by FTC can fine businesses up to $50,120 per email that violates the law.
App has been malfunctioning for over a week
I open the app and the initial photograph disappears in about a second. I tried to reach out to the creators of the app but I am taken to a screen that does not have to do with Rice nor would it accept my info. The restaurant’s manager is facing the same problem and said that “the company knows and they are working on it”. For how long?????

App is much worse than previous one
Really poor user interface and buggy, doesn’t allow you to check out for some reason as well.
New App doesn’t transfer points from the previous version.
I’m a regular client, it’s been many years, and I’m a huge advocate for this restaurante because I just love it and there is many healthy options.. My frustration was that I was not able to order unless downloading the new app version. So in doing it all the points I was building they disappeared immediately. Huge turn down for me. Disappointing to say the least.
