This app is fantastic! It’s very easy to use and I love all the features. My favorite thing is that the assigned workouts don’t go away so if there is a day where I don’t have an assigned workout or if I want to do more than what was assigned, I can scroll back through the calendar and do one that was previously assigned. I also love the variety. There are workouts with weights, without weights, stretching, dance, something for every mood! And being able to track my food and keep an eye on my macros is helpful to. Because of that I’ve realized I need to eat a lot more protein and I’m eating way more calories than I realized on a daily basis. This is an App definitely worth getting.
