Moving Money and Transferring
Tried to cancel a transfer and won’t cancel! Also tried from browser and still does the transfer! So I have to move the money back each time!!! What a pain!!!!Student MA
Poorly Developed
I have utilized many different platforms and mobile apps from different banks and organizations and I have to say this app is highly lacking in functionality and ease of use. It is restrictive and not intuitive.TONRUN6466

They don’t make it easy to use online deposits
While I understand that I can look up my account number when I want to make a deposit to figure out which partial account number is savings or checking but since I only have one of each, is it too much to ask to be told which one is which? The old system was much easier.Habitat. pat
Terrible app
The newest version of app has no way to enter a memo into transfers. You must go on the full web site to enter one then there is no access to see or print the memos. This version is very poorly done with terrible customer ease of use.retiredorchidman
