Great App for Convenient Workouts
The videos load quickly without experiencing any lagging. Workouts are super convenient for someone like myself who doesn’t have a lot of time before work to get workouts done. There were video images displayed during the workout to show the next exercise so that you will be prepared. The trainer spoke throughout the video with motivation and also provided updates on the time remaining on the current exercise. Looking forward to completing more workouts within this app!
