Lots to like

As someone who needs a big kick up the proverbial to get moving this app has got me going! Lots of variety to suit varied needs. Core, strength and for me my biggest dread ….. running! Now into 3rd week and still going strong. If like me you would avoid running at all costs, give Beginners Luck a try. You will surprise yourself! Made easier with George’s encouragement every step of the way! Added benefit is weight loss/body shape improvement without dieting! Give it a try!!!

Great app. So easy to use and follow

A great collection of tools and ideas

George has pulled together a set of programs that go way beyond just physical exercises. I am enjoying listening to his podcasts and will shortly embark on his Healthy Habits program.

The Boost App created by George Anderson is a fantastic tool to motivate you to do a short set of exercises each day to improve, strength, flexibility wellbeing and a whole lot more!

I have used other exercise plans from George Anderson over the years and continue to use them in my routine as they are very effective and clear to use.
