Import Quotas We've added CSV import to quota management in Plan. Inside Quota, start by choosing 'import quotas from file' in the action menu. From there you can download a template which includes all of your currently active team and the current quotas. Just update the file and upload the new values to get everything set in TigerEye. Chart Controls When you're building a new chart in SQL Explorer you now have more control via the 'chart type' dropdown. There you can choose how to handle dates with no data and how quarters are shown. We've also added numerous improvements to how line and stacked bar charts are displayed.

Navigation Buttons You'll now find back and forward arrows in TigerEye. Use them just like you would in a web browser. You'll find your pages just as you left them - filters and all. We've added a dedicated search button as well. This makes it a snap to find accounts, people, leads and opportunities from anywhere. In-app Feedback We love hearing your feedback and we've made it simpler to share. From the action menu (…) just pick 'send feedback'. Write us a note and optionally include a screenshot and current app data to help us fully understand the feedback. More Improvements The detail sidebar is now resizable Chart axes have been improved in SQL Explorer Null values will now be treated as zero on charts.

* Permissions & User Management We've added custom roles and permissions to TigerEye. Permissions helps administrators make sure that everybody on the team can see the right data and tools in TigerEye. Each role in TigerEye is assigned an access tier for data and quota. This allows users in that role to see all data, just the data related to the user and their reports or no data. Next, choose which parts of TigerEye users in the role will have access to. You can create any number of roles in TigerEye to match the needs of your organization. We've also added a Users page. This is where administrators assign roles to users and make any changes required to how users are shown in the org chart. * Closed Lost on Funnel See where deals are falling out with Closed Lost on Funnel. The opportunity funnel now has an option to 'color by closed lost'. This identifies the stage closed lost opps were in when they were set to lost. This mode is helpful for seeing where the funnel is struggling. Combine this with filters such as opp type, segment and lead source to really narrow in on where help is needed. Improvements * We've added an 'all' option to the opportunity close date filter. * Number formats are improved in SQL explorer

Global Search We've added search across TigerEye. Press ⌘-K on Mac (CTL-K on Windows) and start typing to see instant results across accounts, leads, opportunities and people. Select a record (click or enter on your keyboard) and the details will load up in the sidebar. Table Summarization It is now easy to summarize any column in TigerEye. Holding down ⌘/CTL while clicking any column header row will load a summary of the data in the column. For numeric fields, you'll see a count, sum, average, min and max. Text columns will show count. You can also summarize a portion of the table. Use ⌘/CTL while clicking individual rows or ⌘-Shift click to select all rows within a range.

Shared Saved Views #Shared Saved Views You can now choose to share a saved view with all TigerEye users. When saving a view, choose "company-wide" in the visibility field. #Additional Updates * We've added a Data Mapping overlay. This shows exact field names in CRM and how they are labeled in TigerEye. This is useful for understanding the exact mapping of fields. * Pie charts have been added to SQL explorer.
