With myUmzug you can easily organise your move - before the move, during the move and afterwards. You have a permanent overview of where your packed items and furniture are at any given time and can control the process clearly and easily with a dashboard. ALWAYS KEEP TRACK: - Record every box you pack. Enter keywords for the contents or add pictures. - For easier retrieval and control of the move, you can specify the location of a package, where it was in the old flat, where you are storing it until the move and where you want it to be in the new flat. Missing locations are simply entered during the entry of the package. - For a better overview, you can also create lists - e.g. one for everything you pack in the flat and another for the cellar. You simply create a new list while entering the packages. - In addition, you can specify a priority for which packages should be moved or unpacked first (e.g. groceries). - The system assigns you an identification number for each package, with which you can label it and find it again. - By setting the packing status, you can always keep track of whether a box is packed or unpacked. - Would you rather move the package yourself and not have it moved e.g. by a forwarding agent? You can mark the package accordingly when you enter it or at any time later. MANAGE THE MOVE OF YOUR FURNITURE: - Record your furniture as well as the boxes you pack and mark them accordingly. - Here you have the same options as for recording the boxes. - If you collect the fittings, screws, etc. of your dismantled furniture in labelled bags centrally in a separate package, nothing will get lost and you will find it easily. YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING? - NO PROBLEM: - On the start page, you can see the essential information and the packing and transport status for each package. - In the search function, you can simply search the box contents using the specified keywords. - Use the filter function to further limit the display to individual locations or lists. - In the detailed view, you can display the added images and browse between the packages. ORGANISE TRANSPORT: - In the dashboard, you can easily track and update the transport status for each package and keep track of each package. - To avoid unnecessary back and forth, you can see in the dashboard where a package should go and you can direct your helpers accordingly when moving in. - You can print out the moving list for your helpers or send it by email so that everyone can see where each package should go. DON'T FORGET ANYTHING: - Use the integrated checklist to keep track of everything you need to do before, during and after the move. - You can mark a due date for each task so that you can also keep track of them. INVOLVE YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY: - If you save your move list to iCloud, your Dropbox or an SFTP server, you can share it with friends or family so they can edit it too. - You're moving in with your partner in a new flat and you're packing in different places? Then you can create a separate moving list for each place, for example. - If you create several move lists, assign an individual identification letter to each list, which is then part of the identification number. This way you can immediately see in which list the package is registered.
