  • Suddenly doesn’t work

    A recent update, identified as “bug fixes” suddenly requires IOS 17. So without warning or actual notification, this app, which has been great for years, won’t work on my iPhone.

    I had money in checking and savings. The app reported having $ in savings and checking. SunWest closed my accounts saying that I owed!?!? Something isn’t right there!

    I am absolutely LOVING this app and it’s recent upgrade, it’s super easy to use!
  • Please bring back the old app

    This new app is so hard to use and such a pain to see each individual transaction. The old app was so much easier to use and I could see all my accounts at once. It’s difficult to scroll around to see all my accounts. It has also caused multiple fights when sharing accounts with others because it’s hard to tell the accounts apart when your scrolling around. The background colors vs font color is very dark and hard to see. The only function I enjoy about this app is the face login, otherwise bring back the old app.

    The new site design is terrible.
    Difficult to follow compared to the previous one.
    The Mobile banking doesn’t function very well.
    I tried 4 times to deposit a check this morning.
    Wanted it in money market. Kept rejecting finally on the last try changed the accounts from money market to checking and it accepted it.
    I diffidently do not like this site !!! Haven’t been able to totally balance my account since it was placed in service !!! And now it will not send until I put a nickname. 5 tries and they are all taken. Just going to use my name.
  • Want the old App back

    I can’t figure out why they think this app is an upgrade. Hands down the bill pay feature is now a big pain to use. It doesn’t allow you to schedule multiple payments at once from the mobile app. You have to enter one, then it kicks you out, you have to go back in and do another one? The it doesn’t give you a total of the bills scheduled for bill pay. The old app displayed a total dollar amount of payments scheduled. It’s very helpful for knowing how much is going to come out of the account since those payments don’t get sent immediately. Now I have to add them up myself. How is this better then before? Can’t see pending deposits, only pending debits. A few days ago I launched the old app just so I could use the phone number link on the login page 😂 you can’t even get the number on this new app. Who cares about customizing features if the main function and features aren’t worth using it? Bring the old app back!!!
