It constantly breaks down. I am unable to access my accounts half the time because the app won’t load or let me log in.

Won’t let you deposit a check until you retake the photo 10 times!
The old app was way better, this one almost always detects the incorrect amount for checks and won’t let you deposit until you retake the photo like 10 times!
The only reason I even have the app is to deposit checks, if I just need my balance there’s the website for that.

I am old enough to remember when everyone had to go to a physical bank building somewhere to make deposits and withdrawals. When I was 10 years old in 1946 my parents took me to an imposing building and introduced me to a teller - seated behind a high barrier. But he smiled when I asked for a Bank Book as I'd been prompted to do. I told him that wanted to deposit my earnings from shoveling snow - just over $10.00. He replied that it represented a lot of work but it was a lot of money starting in the bank book ! Now I've learned to use my cell phone or Ipad to track the flow of money in and out of accounts. Th software is remarkably intuitive and helpful but when I get stuck the Help Desk teams at The First are, well, "First Rate"! I have been a customer over a decade and am very pleased with your care for an ancient customer like me. I wish for Happy Holidays to all of you. Phil in Cushing

Now I have a problem. I cannot open my accounts which first REQUEST ME TO UPDATE MY App. I have a Apple IPad and IPhone 7
Neither have the required IOS and stop just a few numbers short.
What to do ? I am 88 and have no intentions of buying newer ones.
How can I continue to bank with you online?
